Handmade in Kathmandu, this mala includes 108 small rudraksha seed beads alongside of hand carved naga shell mantra beads. The rudraksha beads are naturally stained and oiled to achieve their dark color. Each naga shell bead features the mantra of compassion, Om Mani Padme Hum, in Tibetan script. A white metal dorje pendant finishes the mala.
Rudraksha beads are known for their healing properties and protective powers. By meditating with a rudraksha mala, it is believed to increase the ability to concentrate, giving clarity and peace of mind. These are natural seed beads that are 100% sustainable.
Mala measures approximately 24 inches around. Rudraksha beads are about 6-8mm, naga shell beads are 8mm. Pendant measures about 1 1/2 inch tall and 1 inch wide.
